SFC is based just outside of beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.
About Hand-Dyed Yarn
Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, there will be some variation of the colours within skeins, creating a beautiful tonal effect. While every effort is made to ensure colour consistency, each skein will vary (even within the same dye lot). If making a garment with more than one skein, it is recommended to alternate your skeins to avoid pooling.
Our Dyes & Materials
Sunday Fibre Co. is proud to be environmentally conscious - we do our best to plan all resources carefully, making as small an impact as possible. Only ethically sourced, high quality fibre from non-mulesed sheep, and non-toxic, metal-free dyes are used to create colour combinations.
Colour Representation Disclaimer
All photographs are representations of colour and although great care is taken to replicate colourways accurately, some variation may occur.
Anti-Fat Tax Discount
We are proud to offer an anti-fat tax discount on all in-stock and preorder yarns! For those looking to make garments that require 7+ skeins of yarn, enter code ANTIFATTAX at checkout for a 15% discount.
This discount is offered on the basis of the honour system and intended only for those who need it; please use it only if you need if you consider yourself plus-size and would benefit from it. If you are shopping for additional, non-garment projects, please place a separate order. **If you abuse this discount code, your order will be refunded.**

Caring for your Yarn
We recommend hand-washing your yarn and finished garments to lengthen the life of your knitwear. Hand wash in cool water with a gentle wool-wash (we love Eucalan!), and lay flat to dry. There may be a small amount of dye bleeding in the first few washes (keep this in mind for colourwork projects!) - if this persists please contact us to address this.

All prices shown are in Canadian dollars ($CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped from Canada. Orders are shipped on weekdays (excluding statutory holidays), and shipping estimates are calculated in business days.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping on all Canadian and U.S. orders:
- $10 within Canada
- $20 to the continental U.S.
- Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD
Please note: Flat rate and free shipping do not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, due to significantly higher postage costs. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping - Canadian Orders
All Canadian orders are shipped using Chit Chats, Canada Post or UPS, either regular or express service (dependent on buyer preference). Once orders have shipped, they become the responsibility of you, the buyer. Please contact Canada Post directly for specific questions regarding your shipment. We will do our best to answer any questions regarding shipping, however, Sunday Fibre Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
Shipping - US/international Orders
All US and international orders are shipped using Chit Chats and/or Canada Post, either regular or express service (dependent on buyer preference). Once orders have shipped, they become the responsibility of you, the buyer. Please contact the carrier directly for specific questions regarding your shipment. We will do our best to answer any questions regarding shipping, however, Sunday Fibre Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. SFC is not responsible for any taxes, customs or duties that may arise upon delivery of your shipment.
Undeliverable Shipments
Any order deemed undeliverable by the carrier may result in your shipment being returned or abandoned.
Please double-check your address carefully at checkout! If you realize there’s an error, email us right away by replying to your order confirmation email — we may be able to update it before your order ships.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping to the correct address. Flat rate or free shipping does not apply in these cases.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
**New US Customs Updates**
As of June 2025, the US Customs and Border Protection Agency (CBP) has implemented strict guidelines for shipping labels, as well as individual product labels. We at SFC are doing our best to stay up to date with and implement these guidelines into our process, but due to the ever- and rapidly changing nature of their rollout, your package may be opened by CBP officers at time of import into the United States.

Shipping to the US is temporarily on pause until more information is available regarding upcoming changes to the De Minimis Exemption. Read more here.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time we are unable to honour returns or exchanges on yarn purchases, however if you received the wrong item, or if your items are damaged, please contact us right away. Any yarn that has been unwound or modified from the original selling skein condition will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, as shipping is non-refundable.
