See you at Knit City Vancouver!

We’re thrilled to be back at our favourite local market, this time as a sponsor!

Our yarn is currently unavailable to shop online due to the show, but we’ll be back next week with an in-stock update. We hope to see you at the PNE Forum this weekend!

Notice to our beloved USA customers

Hello! Elise here.

As you may have seen, the end of the de minimis exemption on August 29th has changed how parcels cross the border. I’m still working through the details of what this means for small businesses like mine and how customs clearance will work going forward. The rollout of these changes has been very messy, and as you can probably imagine, there is a lot of information to comb through.

We've been working hard every day to find a solution, but information seems to be changing on a daily basis. Until I have a clear and reliable process in place, I’ll be holding onto your yarn here to make sure nothing gets lost, delayed, or hit with surprise fees. As soon as I can determine a way to ship orders smoothly, your packages will be on their way.

I know this isn’t ideal, and I so appreciate your patience and support as I sort through it. I’ll keep you updated with any changes as soon as I know more. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to hit reply—I’ll be glad to help.

With gratitude,

Elise
